Flat Life Cider was born at Kohl Farms in Unionville, Michigan, surrounded by the wide-open farmland of Michigan's Thumb.

For generations, agriculture has been part of our family's story. Over the years, Kohl Farms has grown into a place where people come together—for fall weekends, live music, celebrations, and traditions shared with family and friends.

Flat Life Cider is the next chapter.

Inspired by the land around us and the people who gather here, we set out to create hard cider that's approachable, flavorful, and meant to be enjoyed without taking itself too seriously.

Because around here, life doesn't need to be complicated.

It's sunsets over the fields. A bonfire after a long day. Music in the barn. Friends around the table. And something cold to raise a glass with.

That's the Flat Life.

We're proud to call Michigan's Thumb home—a place built on agriculture, small towns, hard work, and people who look out for one another.
